
Jason Thomas (R.A.D.R.T.S (Cert. Ed) A.I.D.T.A.) started dancing at the age of 9 at the Cornwall High School of Dancing in Camborne, run by the charismatic and inspirational Madam Norman. At the age of 12, Jason auditioned successfully for Bush Davies School and The Lagat School of Russian Ballet. After finishing the Lower school at Lagat and appearing with the Northern Ballet Theatre on numerous occasions, he attended London Studio Centre, gaining the position of Head Ballet Boy in his second year. After graduation and becoming a member of Equity, Jason has worked throughout the world. He performed in London's West End, throughout Europe and Asia in Las Vegas style revue shows, gaining soloist/dance captain and company manager positions. He has performed on many cruise lines on inaugural cruises, holding the same positions.

Terry Etheridge has an extensive career in Dance and has performed with the English National Ballet, Northern Dance Theatre and in various West End musicals, television programmes He has taught at some of the World’s best Dance Schools these include, The Royal ballet School, Ballet West, Rambert School (Principal and Ballet Master) and Urdang Academy (Head of Dance), Hong Kong ballet, Icelandic Ballet Company, Royal Swedish Ballet Company, Finish National Ballet, Ballet Gulbenkian Portugal, London City Ballet Terry has choreographed pieces for the Royal Opera House London, the Vienna Festival Ballet London , Cape Town Opera, Die Fledermaus Gothenburg, Merry Widow Opera Sweden , Don Carlos the Opera South Africa, Chess the Musical Denmark, Sweeny Todd Finish National Opera and New Ballet Youth Ballet Australia.

David Warner B.A (Hons). David graduated in November 2014 with a B.A (Hons) degree in Urban Dance Practice and has studied at the University of East London. He has extensive knowledge in most urban styles which include; B-boying, Popping, Locking, House, Waacking, Hip-Hop, Capoeira. David's knowledge of these styles includes the History, Foundations and development of the style. He thoroughly enjoys training in Lyrical, Ballet, Jazz and Tap. David is currently living and working as a freelance dance teacher/performer in Devon and Cornwall. He currently teaches regularly at Jason Thomas School of Performing Arts in Truro.

Stephanie began her professional career at the age of 18 playing the part of Dainty June in “Gypsy” at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield.

After graduating from The Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, Soo Drouet worked extensively in film, t.v., musical and straight theatre and radio. She is most well known for her role as 'Fanny', Little Johns wife in "Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves" with Kevin Costner, Morgan Freeman and Alan Rickman. She is also known for "Casualty"and "The Krays". She has appeared in "Eastenders", "The Bill","Minder", "Lovejoy","Murder Most Horrid","London's Burning","Alas Smith and Jones", "Agony Again","The Upper Hand","Surgical Spirit" and "Mr.Wroes Virgins", and many other productions. She has most recently played 'Mrs.Hyacinth Bouquet' in a theatre production of "Keeping Up Appearances" and has appeared in "The Cafe" for Sky 1 and is in the next series of "Doc Martin".
Soo is also a qualified Dramatherapist, after graduating with a Post Graduate Diploma in dramatherapy in 2001.She sings in the well loved a capella group "Angel Tongue", based in Penzance and has performed all over the south west.
She is looking forward to being part of the great team of teachers that work with Jason Thomas.

Peter trained at the Guildford School of Acting, obtaining a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre:Acting. After leaving Drama School, Peter worked as an actor across England touring a range of theatre from children’s to Shakespeare. in 2016 Peter worked with The Royal Shakespeare Company playing Nick Bottom in their production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Since moving back to Cornwall Pete has taken lead roles in local productions including Grease and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. He’s really excited to be joining the Jason Thomas team and looks forward to the year ahead.

TTP (Dip) – NBS, BFA Honours Dance, ISTD (Cecchetti & National), MRT RAD As a graduate of the Teacher Training Program at Canada’s National Ballet School, Jennifer has had the privilege of training with some of the world’s leading professionals in dance, ballet and related fields. A native of Canada, Jennifer moved to Cornwall from the island of Bermuda where she was the head Ballet Mistress for the In Motion School of Dance. Jennifer has worked with a wide variety of age groups in professional, recreational and competitive programs, elevating her students to new levels of technique and professionalism. She is proud to have staged Bermuda’s annual production of The Nutcracker for the past 4 years, as well as many other “big ballets” for the island. In addition to receiving a Diploma from NBS, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in dance from York University in Toronto. She holds teaching qualifications in National Dance through the Imperial Society of Teachers and Dancing, as well as an Associate standing with the Cecchetti Society of Canada and Royal Academy of Dance. Beyond dancing, Jennifer is also trained and qualified in Barre Fitness through Exhale Studios in New York City. This year, Jennifer is thrilled to be joining the Jason Thomas team!

Charlie obtained her BA (Hons) Theatre Arts in 2007 then trained to be a teacher gaining her PGCE the year after. She has managed and taught performing arts courses for students aged 16+. Charlie has performed with many of the local groups in Cornwall and then in 2016 worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company on their production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream". This inspired her to pursue her love of acting and further her training. She gained entry into Guildford School of Acting & graduated with an MA in Acting last year. She is now back in Cornwall and excited to be returning to teach at Jason Thomas again.

Millie grew up performing in musical ensembles and on stage and was a performer with the National Youth Music Theatre. She graduated in Music from the University of Sheffield and then gained her PGCE from the University of Leeds. She has been a school music teacher since 1992 alongside maintaining her performing and directing work with choirs, theatre groups, orchestras, bands and ensembles all over the UK and abroad. In Cornwall she has directed, conducted, coached or worked with many local theatre societies, school shows, choirs, musical ensembles, soloists and dance schools.

Jennifer started dancing at the age of 3, training in Modern Jazz, Tap and Ballet. She then went to have a 12 year career as a professional dancer. Working for Costa cruises, Celebrity cruises with FJM productions, Celebrity cruises with Qdos productions and Simply ballroom and boogie wonderland with Qdos productions. She also worked on the Le Grande Cirque UK tour and Slapstix UK tour with spirit productions. Masquerade Christmas spectacular with plan b productions, London She also worked as a backing dancer dancing for artists such as the Zutons, Richard Blackwood, The Audio Bully’s, Fat boy Slim, Soul 2 Soul and James Morrison. Jennifer is a qualified IDTA dance teacher and a JP Pilates Barre Instructor

Richard has musically directed, taught singing and wri8en music for Mountview Academy, LAMDA, East 15 AcBng School, Wilkes Academy and CPA. He is a respected singing teacher, having trained at Southampton (BA [Hons], Music), Bournemouth (MA MulBmedia Design for Film & Television) and Cambridge UniversiBes. He studied voice with John Wakefield (Trinity Guildhall) and orchestraBon/ arranging with Ma8hew Sco8 (Head of Music, The NaBonal Theatre). Richard is also an Associate Musical Director for Youth Music Theatre UK.
